Some of the phrasing is a bit confusing, though. It uses “this report will” constructions as if a more detailed guide will follow. I recommend tweaking this kind of intention-announcement language. Just state your claims. It also covers a lot of ground, which means it doesn’t dig very deeply by necessity. Focusing on more extraction or on infrastructure improvements rather than on both, for example, would allow for more thorough development. please revise the paper to what the professor wants thanks.
