i have a client that opened up a business account and he his missing a wevsite

I have to Aswer to an email the client wanted to open up an business account and he doesn’t have all the requested document now they are asking me to answer to the email . while I was opening up the business account the client did told me that they have a website to find out that he doesn’t have one he gave me an the website review of his business nor they back office is asking to send out the requirement . now the client end up telling me that me that he doesn’t have one that the old website he gave me doesn’t exist any longer . that he needs to open the business account before he can get an website how can I explain the back office that he doesn’t have one at the moment and he needs to open business account before he gets one in a professional way .
