Then, search the literature for a related review or study you can describe in your 1st discussion post. 1. Describe the herb or supplements’ background, safety, efficacy, and common use (1st paragraph) 2. Provide a table with the information from #1 above as subheadings 3. Detail the methods (what they did) and findings (results) of the review or study you found (2nd paragraph) 4. Discuss any limitations to the review or study, what the gap in research may be, and where you believe future research should go (3rd paragraph).
