QEP: ETHICAL DECISION MAKING PAPER 1. The QEP paper is due the week of November 2-6. 2, You will address an ethical argument (following the QEP Rubric) on one or more characters from “The Jilting of Granny Weatherall’ by Katherine Anne Porter and “The Country of the Blind” by H. G. Wells. 3. The characters you may write about are Granny Weatherall, Nunez, the villagers.  4. You choose the ethical situation or problem you wish to address and which characters to comment on in relation to that ethical problem. You will be putting forth an argument for an ethical choice relating to one or more of the characters. 5. You will tell clearly why you hold that ethical position and why the character in the story  should have held that position.  6. You will present and overcome a counterargument to your ethical position. 7. You will turn in two typewritten hard copies of your paper on the day your section normally
