For example, students may choose a film not screened for class, a television program, the body of work by a contemporary musical performer that demonstrated spiritual themes. Another topical area is to research a subject in your major area of study to which you can bring the lens of race, class, and women. A criminal justice major might choose to study the role of spirituality in the lives of incarcerated mothers. A pre-health professional might choose a topic within health inequity that affects the health of Black women.The key component of a successful paper is to form a research question within the topic that may be answered, “yes,” “no,” or “maybe” – whatever is your perspective – then explain what you found in your research that argues your point *** I AM A POLITICAL SCIENCE MAJOR****This writing assignment should be 8-10 pages using 12-point Times New Roman font with one- inch or less margins.
