5. Provide a strategic roadmap for the Gap, Inc. brands. What should be done for each brand? Why? This should be in-depth and take into account all of the information discussed thus far. Include the following in your strategy: a. A positioning strategy for the three international brands in Gap, Inc.’s portfolio based on current customer perceptions. b. Opportunities available in the market, and repositioning strategies advised (if any). Take into account the portfolio analysis and customer segments in the market, and how these align with the recommended positioning. c. A positioning statement takes the entire positioning strategy and condenses it to one statement expressing how a product or brand meets customer needs in a particular way that the competition does not. Develop a positioning statement for each of Gap, Inc.’s international brands.
