Career opportunities within this field are vast and contain a myriad of different aspects. Main importance being the drive for research into evidence based practice. This may be achieved through multiple levels such as: bedside nursing, advancing to supervisory roles, cumulating in managerial positions. Further nursing advancement can be achieved through leadership roles within privatized companies conducting research, as well as at higher levels such as government positions.
