You have to write a 8 page paper on a global issue. My paper’s topic is  “Lack of economic opportunity and rising unemployment numbers”. The paper compares United States dealing with this issue and one other Global North Country(Singapore) dealing with this issue and one Global South Country(India) dealing with this issue . I need 10 references and the paper itself has to be 8 pages and the references should be on the 9th page in mla format.
