You are required to draft a comprehensive report in order to convince your BoD to sign off and authorize the adoption of specific “green” measures and investments that you suggest. In this context, briefly present the organization’s profile and its environmental identity, then analyse the macroeconomic environment in which operates through a critical perspective (e.g. with PESTEL). Develop relevant arguments for the feasibility of implementing voluntary “green” measures and investments as well as adopting responsible practices, through a thorough bibliographic review preferably summarized in a SWOT analysis.
