(if applicable) ANOTHER THING ON SEPERATE PAGE ABOUT Discussed what you learned & what questions you still have about supplements. Are you surprised to learn that no one regulates dietary supplements before they go to market? Did you ever noticed the “this product/statement has not be evaluated by the FDA” on a dietary supplement? Have you or someone you know fallen victim to the false claims made by dietary supplement(s)? A common one is people believing the claims of weight loss supplements. They make outrageous claims when nothing over-the-counter helps significantly with weight loss. I could definitely say that I was susceptible to those claims when I was younger.
