Entrepreneurs must recruit and select job applicants to increase productivity in their growing companies. However, there are often problems finding and hiring qualified applicants. One challenge is the psychological pitfalls of recruitment and selection. What are some of the psychological traps that entrepreneurs fall into during the hiring process?
