There are many times when professional communication is difficult. When we need to share information or manage a sensitive topic, conflict or share a criticism how we communicate can make all the difference.a) Choosing an example that exemplifies NOT being civil that you have observed or experienced,explain why it was not civil/appropriate and suggest ways the situation could have been handled differently.
