Research and argumentation about problems related to COVID-19 pandemic

Description

Propose a workable solution to a current problem related to the recent COVID-19 pandemic or make a compelling argument that there is a need for a new or different solution or there is a need for increased (or decreased) attention paid to an aspect of the issue. Current problem: Essential workers come to work everyday and have a greater risk of being exposed to the virus – why they deserve hazard pay – how they aren’t being protected – COVID and HIPAA: should companies disclose to their employees if/when another employee has tested positive for the virus? Things to think about: What do readers need to know about this present situation? What have your experiences taught you that will be useful to others? What problems are in need of solution? Are there aspects of the pandemic that need further attention brought to them? Four sources: At least two must be considered scholarly and reliable. (Peer reviewed sources are preferred.) At least one must present a viewpoint on the issue that differs from your own.
