What is one product or service that is a waste of money? Research and write a 750-800 word argumentative paper arguing that the product or service is a waste of money. Introduction Make your introductory paragraph interesting​ Provide background of your issue​ State your claim (thesis statement) at the end of your introductory paragraph Supporting Evidence Paragraphs Topic Sentence​ What is one item, fact, detail, or example you can tell your readers that will help support your claim? Your answer should be your topic sentence for this paragraph.​ The topic sentence should be a claim that supports your thesis statement. Explain Topic Sentence​ Do you need to explain your topic sentence? If so, do so right after the topic sentence. Introduce Evidence​ Introduce your evidence in a few words (As Dr. Brown states…) or in a full sentence (To understand this issue, one needs to look at statistics.) State Evidence​ What supporting evidence (reasons, examples, facts, statistics, and/or quotes) can you include to prove/support your topic sentence?​ Explain Evidence​ How should the reader interpret the evidence you are providing?
