Your Practical Applications: o How will you use the 5 Servant Leadership concepts, practices, or theories you have chosen to write about now in your life or in your future career? Give examples from other sources or personal experiences. o In what ways do you see Servant Leadership practices, concepts and theories a benefit or a hindrance to success? o Where will you use it? Give an example. o If you do not see a use for Servant Leadership practices, concepts or theories then explain why not. o What makes it a challenge to use these practices, concepts or theories? III. Conclusion: ½ -1 page IV. FORMAT: Using APA Style (6th Edition) for paper formatting and references, pay attention to the following:  12pt font, Times New Roman, double spaced, 1-inch margins.  Include page numbers, references and title page.  Use subtitles throughout paper to organize ideas use APA formatting.  Each idea/ concept or theory you present must have a reference from the texts, lectures, powerpoints or assigned readings.
