Description
Your role is to be present during the pre-conference, observation, and post-conference. You will then meet with the instructional leader to collaborate and discuss your observations and the feedback the instructional leader will provide to the teacher. Together, you will plan to provide evidence-centered, respectful feedback to the teacher on his or her instructional planning. Complete a 150-250 word reflection on your experiences. In your reflection, consider the following: 1. How did the instructional leader establish rapport with the teacher? 2. What positive feedback did the instructional leader provide to the teacher? 3. What constructive feedback did the instructional leader provide to the teacher? 4. What instructional, engagement, and/or differentiation strategies were suggested by the instructional leader? 5. What suggestions did you provide the instructional leader regarding feedback? 6. How will your suggestions improve the peer observation?
