For the case study, you need to study the history and clinical presentation of a person experiencing a severe mental health disorder. The case study includes a plan of neuropsychological assessment, a suggested neuropsychological profile of the person and a planned care and follow-up assessment program. Examples and other sheets explaining whats required will be sent. Do the case study on the “alternative case history” sheet not the example.
