What conditions prevent or restrict an organization from becoming high performing? You may answer this question in any of three ways, based on your interest: 1. Many organizations have announced that Black Lives Matter to their public. In what way do these actions support the creation or maintenance of a high-performing culture? Identify at least one organization that you feel has moved beyond rhetoric towards creating a more inclusive and equitable culture. 2. COVID-19 has resulted in an immediate shift towards home-based work for most professionals. What are the advantages AND disadvantages of home-based organizations, and how does the creation of home-based organized impact culture? 3. Technology companies such as Alphabet and Facebook are considered to have strong high-performance cultures, yet many employees complain about improper treatment. Research one global Technology company in order to describe its culture. In addition, identify complaints and issues that employees have raised about what it is like to work in such organizations. Have participated at least 3 times during the week and have posted outstanding information. 1.
