You may use any MCO’s HEDIS dataset e.g. Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross etc. Explain HEDIS and its purpose to managed care organizations’ data collection process. Then research whether HEDIS data collection was impacted by COVID-19? Include any decisions or consequences that were made on HEDIS data collection due to the pandemic.
