UNIVERSITY CULTURE Consider the observable artifacts that transmit the organizational culture of UNL (University of Nebraska – Lincoln). SYMBOLS: Think about the logo and images associated with UNL. What message do they convey about UNL’s culture? PHYSICAL STRUCTURES: Think about the most visible physical structures on campus. What do those structures say about UNL’s culture? LANGUAGE: Think about the jargon, slang, slogans, and saying associated with UNL. What insights do they offer into UNL’s culture?
