This is an informative essay, you can do any topic of your choosing before you start I need: The subject of the Process Essay The audience of your Process Essay Purpose of your Process Essay Preliminary Thesis Statement of your Process Essay The minimum length for the paper is 1 full page. The maximum length is 3 pages. You will not meet the length requirement unless you have written a full page. The standard format for papers in this class is: ~ Double Spaced ~ 12 pt. font ~ 1-inch margins You must have an introduction that is at least one paragraph long. You must have an easily identifiable thesis statement that is placed at the end of your introductory paragraph(s). The thesis statement must include topic, your opinion on that topic, and what the reader will be able to do or understand at the end of the essay. Your body paragraphs must relate/be relevant to your thesis statement. Each step of your process should be at least one body paragraph – use relevant examples to build your length. Your paper must have a conclusion that clearly ties everything together. Your conclusion must be at least one paragraph long. Your essay may be directional (how to do something) or informational (how something works or how something happened). You may choose any topic you are interested in – all topics must be cleared with me before you begin writing. If you are stuck for ideas, think about your major and processes that are involved (for example how to do something simple in Photoshop (or another program), one of the legal processes, or how to do CPR).
