Writing guidelines: – Choose one film from the list of suggested films – Add a title to the essay. – Start with an introduction that gives an overview of the film you’re discussing, which includes a short synopsis of the film and why you chose it, then present your argument with example/s in the body. ِِEnd with a conclusion that ties everything together. – If you’re discussing a specific scene, it would be a good idea to include a screengrab. – Cite your references – Recommend using APA style. This is a miniseries, so you can pick one episode (or more) and connect it/them to our readings on Latin America. Available on YouTube. 4.City of God (2002). This is excellent to understand the use of publicity for social change based on a true story in Chile. 5.Reel Bad Arabs (2006).
