Hello! I will provide a detailed Powerpoint in the upload files section. I am needing a 10 page or so, research paper about how the failure in quality, management, etc. lead to the disaster of Alaska Flight 261. I need to focus on the jackscrew (it will make sense) the lack of training and poor maintenance which lead to the crash, bascially a breakdown in the system the 10 OM’s if you will.
